Several Toronto selections were not present at the PWHL Draft, but they took part in league media availability on Wednesday. Those players included Victoria Bach, Melissa Channell, Kali Flanagan, Brittany Howard, Olivia Knowles, and Allie Munroe, representing more than a third of Toronto's draft class.
Bach, Channell, and Howard all have Toronto ties with Howard winning an Isobel Cup title with the PHF's Toronto Six last season. Knowles, Munroe, and Flanagan also came from the PHF last season playing in Minnesota, Connecticut, and Boston respectively.
