
PWHL Toronto has agreed to terms on a two-year contract with Jesse Compher.

Former US national team member Jesse Compher has signed a two-year contract with PWHL Toronto.
Toronto selected the University of Wisconsin graduate in the fifth round, 26th overall in the inaugural PWHL Draft.
“We are thrilled to have signed Jesse to a two-year deal, she will have a great impact on our team in Toronto,” said general manager Gina Kingsbury.
“I’m beyond excited to have signed with Toronto for the next two seasons, looking forward to playing in front of such an amazing fan base and working alongside these players and staff! Can’t wait to get started," said Compher.
As a member of Team USA, Compher has won a World Championship gold, two World Championship silver medals and an Olympic silver medal. She also won a pair of U-18 World Championship gold medals representing USA.
Compher spent the first four seasons of her NCAA career at Boston University before transferring to Wisconsin last season where she won a national championships scoring 40 points in 41 games for the Badgers.
