
The Seattle Torrent came to terms on a two-year contract with fan favourite goaltender Carly "CJ" Jackson, which will last through the 2027-28 season.
Seattle, your fan favourite goaltender has re-signed with the organization, as it was announced that Carly "CJ" Jackson has agreed to a two-year Standard Player Agreement which will carry through the 2027-28 season.
Jackson, who had the very first-ever bobblehead in Seattle team history, spent the first two years of their PWHL career with Toronto before arriving on the west coast last season, and appeared in two games for the Torrent, which included a career-high 36 save appearance on April 18.
Prior to their PWHL career, Jackson spent three seasons with the Toronto Six, culminating in an Isobel Cup victory in 2023. Jackson was a graduate of the University of Maine, where they are the all-time leader in wins (45), saves (3029), save percentage (.923), shutouts (12) and goals-against average (2.15).
The signing of Jackson brings the roster to 12 contracted players heading into the 2026-27 season, which includes forwards Alex Carpenter, Julia Gosling, Danielle Serdachny, Mikyla Grant-Mentis, Lexie Adzija, Jenna Buglioni and Theresa Schafzahl, defenders Anna Wilgren, Aneta Tejralová and Emily Brown, and goaltenders Hannah Murphy and Jackson.
