Montreal signed Czech forward Tereza Vanisova to a two-year contract, and Gabrielle David to a one-year deal.
PWHL Montreal has signed Czech forward Tereza Vanisova to a two-year contract.
Vanisova spent last season playing for the PHF's Toronto Six winning an Isobel Cup title with the team. She scored 14 points in 20 games for Toronto.
Internationally, Vanisova won back-to-back bronze medals as a member of Czechia's national team. She had four assists in seven games at the 2024 World Championships.
In Utica, Vanisova was regularly paired with Marie-Philip Poulin on Montreal's top line and power play units.
Montreal also signed Clarkson graduate Gabrielle David. In her senior season at Clarkson last year, David scored 21 goals 52 points in 42 games for the Golden Knights, good for 10th in the NCAA. Her efforts earned her Third Team All-ECAC honors this year.
