The Montreal Victoire have re-signed defender Nadia Mattivi to a three-year contract, and forward Kaitlin Willoughby to a two-year contract.
As the first day of PWHL Free Agency unfolds, the Montreal Victoire announced two signings, as the organization has re-signed defender Nadia Mattivi and forward Kaitlin Willoughby to three and two-year contracts, respectively.
Mattivi originally joined the Victoire on a 10-day contract following a strong performance at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milano Cortina, where she captained Italy. In six regular-season games with the team, Mattivi signed another 10-day contract ahead of the Walter Cup playoffs, where she would score her career PWHL point with an assist in Game One of the Finals.
Willoughby played in 29 games for the Victoire this season, amassing six points over that span and appeared in all nine postseason games for the team. Over her 79-game career, Willoughby has eight points.
These signings bring the team's roster to 11 players under contract for next season, which also includes Marie-Philip Poulin, Laura Stacey, Lina Ljungblom, Abby Roque, and Catherine Dubois, Mattivi and fellow defenders Maggie Flaherty, Kati Tabin, and Jessica DiGirolamo, and goaltender Ann-Renée Desbiens.
