It wasn't a member of the NHL's Montreal Canadiens who finished with the fastest time at their annual skills competition's accuracy shooting event. Instead, that honor went to a PWHL player, Montreal Victoire forward Jennifer Gardiner.

Gardiner finished the task of hitting all four targets in 9.457 seconds.

The top finisher for the Montreal Canadiens was Mike Matheson who took 12.092 seconds.

Gardiner, a second-round pick of the Victoire this season sits second in PWHL rookie scoring with 12 points in 17 games this season, and recently represented Canada at the Rivalry Series, scoring her first national team goal to clinch the series.

Her time was also better than four of five shooters at the 2024 NHL All-Star weekend with only Connor McDavid's 9.158 second completion topping Gardiner's mark.
