Sandra Abstreiter is bringing her PWHL experience to Germany, and will soon be bringing her World Championship experience to PWHL Ottawa. Sandra Abstreiter is the backbone of Team Germany. She's the lone German national team member competing in the new PWHL, and she's bringing her PWHL experience to Team Germany, and will soon bring her national team experience back to Ottawa. "First I want to bring everything I've learned from Ottawa here," said Abstreiter about taking on leadership with Germany and sharing lessons she's learned from the PWHL with Team Germany. According to Abstreiter, there's been a lot of interest among her German teammates hoping to learn about the new PWHL.
