    The Living Sisu Hockey League got underway with some of the best players on the planet converging at Hockey Etcetera in Quebec.

    In the opening game of the summer three-on-three league Team Mtl Balance Board beat Team Crystallin 9-7 led by a four goal performance from Clarkson graduate Gabrielle David. David had signed to play with the PHF's Boston Pride this offseason before the acquisition of the league shuttered North America's only professional women's loop. PWHPA member Alexa Vasko had two goals and two assists, while Team Mtl Balance Board also got goals from Laura Stacey, Rosalie Demers, and Léonie Philbert. On the losing side of the opening game, All-Canadian USports star Emmy Fecteau had two goals and five points, whole two-time U-18 World Championship all-star and current Boston College standout Alexie Guay had a goal and three assists. Jessy-Maude Drapeau scored a pair for Team Crystallin, while Jessie Eldridge and Catherine Daoust had singles.     In the second game of the night, Team Uptown Wealth Management beat Team Accent Insurance 8-5 with Audrey-Anne Veillette, an offseason signing of the PHF's Montreal Force scoring a hat trick and four points, and Team USA defender Savannah Harmon also adding two goals and two assists. Also scoring for Team Uptown Wealth Management where Maude Poulin-Labelle, Emilie Lavoie, and Deziray De Souza. On the other side of the puck, Team Accent Insurance got two-goal performances by a pair of now former Montreal Force players in Jade Downie-Landry and Brigitte Laganiere, and a single from Marie-Philip Poulin.
