4 Nations Face-Off Captaincy

The 2025 AHL All-Star Classic Skills Competition occurred yesterday at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California

  • Puck control relay: West wins 3-1.
  • Fastest skater: Matthew Savoie finished with the fastest individual time at 13.654, East had fastest average time at 13.799, 4-2 West.
  • Michael DiPietro and Dennis Hildeby each made 8/10 saves in rapid fire contest, win for the East.
  • Trevor Carrick won the Hardest Shot event with a 100.9 MPH blast, both teams earned a goal.
  • All four East shooters Simon Nemec, Alex Belzile, Olle Lycksell, and Dalibor Dvorsky hit the four targets in the Accuracy Shooting contest.
  • The East outscored the West 7-3 in the 3-on-1 Pass & Score.
  • Both conferences made 15 saves in the Breakaway Relay, Michael DiPietro, Dennis Hildeby, and Yaroslav Askarov all went 5/5.
