    With the conclusion of the 2024-25 AHL regular season on Sunday the Bridgeport Islanders have officially finished with the worst home record in AHL history. 

    The Islanders finish the season with a 4-28-1-3 record at home for a .167 winning percentage. 

    They had a -70 goal differential and lost their last seven games at home, per the AHL's Patrick Williams. 

    The unaffiliated 1987-88 Baltimore Skipjacks had the previous worst record at 8-27-5 with a .267 winning percentage. 

    The Islanders finished in last place in the AHL in 2023-24 and are set to finish last in 2024-25, their record this season sits at 15-48-4-3, racking up a lowly 37 points. They are 17 points behind the Manitoba moose, who sit second-last in the league with 54 points.
