Henderson Silver Knight defenseman recorded seven assists and eight points in four games in the week ending Jan. 26

Henderson Silver Knights defenseman Calen Addison has been named AHL Player of the Week for the period ending Jan. 26.

The 24-year-old recorded seven assists and eight points in four games last week, including a career-high four point game against the Tucson Roadrunners on Jan. 21.

Addison's offensive production helped the Silver Knights win all four games last week and extend their winning streak to five games, the team's longest since 2023.

A second round selection of the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2018, Addison made the AHL All-Star Game and was named to the All-Rookie Team in the 2020-21 season while a member of the Iowa Wild.

The Brandon, Man., native signed a one-year AHL deal with Henderson in October. H has three goals and 22 points in 35 games this season.

Addison has 64 assists and 80 points in 112 career AHL games.
