The Hershey Bears announced they have signed forward Luke Toporowski to an AHL contract for the 2025-26 season.
Toporowski recorded 13 goals and 28 points in 53 games with the Iowa WIld last season.
The 24-year-old has 40 goals and 85 points in 185 career AHL games split between the Wild and the Providence Bruins.
The Bettendorf, Iowa., native originally turned pro in 2022 on an AHL contract with the Bruins after five WHL seasons that saw him put up 199 points in 245 games with the Spokane Chiefs and Kamloops Blazers.
There will be lots of opportunity up front for Toporowski as the Bears have lost forwards Luke Philp, Mike Vecchione, and Pierrick Dube this off-season.
His father, Kerry, played parts of two AHL seasons in 195-96 and 1997-98 with the Adirondack Red Wings and Portland Pirates.
