New York Rangers prospect and Hartford Wolf Pack forward Karl Henriksson has signed a three-year contract with the Växjö Lakers of the Swedish Hockey League.
A second round pick of the Rangers in 2019, Henriksson was not able to put up the offense numbers expected of him in North America.
Henriksson's previous tenure in the SHL was for Frolunda HC, with whom he won the 2019-20 Champions League title.
Over two seasons with Hartford Henriksson had 40 points in 134 games played.
