Mancini has four points in nine games with the Rangers, Leschyshyn has four points in 13 games with the Wolf Pack this season

The New York Rangers announced they have recalled defenseman Victor Mancini and sent forward Jake Leschyshyn to the Hartford Wolf Pack.

Mancini was last sent to Hartford on Nov. 13, while Leschyshyn was recalled on Nov. 16.

The 22-year-old Mancini has one goal and four points in nine games with the Rangers, averaging 15:21 of time on ice. He last played for the team on Nov. 1 against the Ottawa Senators.

The Hancock, MI., native has one goal in three games with the Wolf Pack.

Leschyshyn has one goal and four points in 13 games with Hartford this season. He has six points in 77 career NHL games.

With this move the Rangers now have eight defensemen on the roster, it will be interesting to see how they are deployed for Saturday's game against the Edmonton Oilers or if another roster move is coming.
