

The Toronto Marlies announced they have signed Arizona State University Sun Devils forward Ryan Kirwan to a two-year AHL contract.
Kirwan scored 26 goals and added 13 assists in 37 games for the Sun Devils this season.
The 23-year-old spent three seasons with the Penn State Nittany Lions before transferring to ASU, he finishes his NCAA career with 60 goals and 108 points in 137 games.
A big winger listed at 6'2, 205 pounds, Kirwan was added to the Marlies AHL roster and will likely play on an Amateur Tryout until his contract kicks in next season.
The DeWitt, NY., native joins Luke Haymes and John Prokop in recent NCAA free agents to choose the Toronto Maple Leafs organization.
