Lafreniere is rewarded for his career high season

New York Rangers forward Alexis Lafreniere has earned HUT's tenth 99 overall card, joining Ethan Gauthier, Juuse Saros and Mathew Barzal in achieving the milestone last week.

The first overall pick in the 2020 NHL draft,  Lafreniere has a career high 22 goals and 47 points in 73 games this season for the Eastern Conference leading Rangers.

This card comes with three synergies and the Big Tipper Zone Ability. Lafreniere has some good options in his five Superstar Abilities, including Unstoppable Force, Beauty Backhand and Close Quarters.

He comes with 99 in every stat category except fighting skill and endurance. The low endurance is not ideal for a 99 but the quality of his abilities more than make up for it.

This card is going for around one million coins in the Auction House.
