Simulating Florida vs. Tampa Bay game three in NHL 24. Will the Lightning avoid going down 0-3 in the series?

Our simulation yesterday of the Boston vs. Toronto game predicted the correct winner. Today, we see who NHL 24 predicts to win game three between the Florida Panthers and Tampa Bay Lightning.

The Cats will be without their gritty playoff performer Sam Bennett after he took a shot square off his left hand from his teammate Brandon Montour. Steven Lorentz will stay in the lineup. Paul Maurice announced moments before we did our simulation that Ryan Lomberg won't be in the lineup due to an illness and Kyle Okposo will draw in.

Our Florida Panthers Site Editor David Dwork tees up tonight's game here.

    Florida's Projected Lines:

    Tarasenko - Barkov - Reinhart
    Verhaeghe - Lundell - Tkachuk
    Luostarinen - Stenlund - Rodrigues
    Cousins - Lorentz - Okposo

    Forsling - Ekblad
    Mikkola - Montour
    Ekman-Larsson - Kulikov

    Bobrovsky
    Stolarz

Tampa Bay's lineup is much harder to predict. Will Tanner Jeannot draw back in? Does Head Coach Jon Cooper go with 11 forwards and 7 defensemen again? And who will be the defensemen in the lineup?

Tampa Bay's Projected Lines (Our Prediction):

    Duclair - Point - Kucherov
    Hagel - Cirelli - Stamkos
    Eyssimont - Paul - Chaffee
    Jeannot - Glendening - Motte

    Hedman - Raddysh
    Dumba - Cernak
    Lilleberg - De Haan

    Vasilevskiy
    Tomkins

Lightning fans will be happy with our simulation as the home team came out on top with a 4-1 victory. Brayden Point led the way with two goals.
