17 Fantasy Cards available in week one of the event including Evgeni Malkin and Claude Giroux
One of the biggest yearly events in Hockey Ultimate Team is now live.
The Fantasy Hockey Event has begun in NHL 25, these cards update throughout the year when the player on the card scores a goal. Forwards increase by +1 and defensemen +2 with every goal.
The five master set fantasy cards are Evgeni Malkin, Ryan O'Reilly, Mike Matheson, Claude Giroux, and John Carlson.
There are 12 additional base cards. All 17 players cost 40 Fantasy Hockey Collectibles to unlock, or you can gamble and trade in 16 collectible for a random fantasy card that is account bound.

To acquire one Fantasy Collectible you can trade in any seven 76+ overall players, for two collectibles trade in five 78+ overall players, and for three trade in three 80+ overall cards.
There are Fantasy Hockey themed moments that will earn you two collectibles when completed. Additionally, players can earn 11 collectibles if they complete all eight Fantasy Hockey Week 1 Objectives.
