The OHL's Oshawa Generals apologized for asking their fans to shower this week. But what stinks more is their win-loss record this season.

The Oshawa Generals of the OHL are not a good team this season. Not at all. In fact, they have the fewest points in the 60-team CHL.

Probably not a team that should be risking alienating its fan base, which is surprisingly robust for a team that has a .279 points percentage. But it did that this past week when it sent a message to its fans about personal hygiene. You really have to wonder who makes these decisions sometimes.

To their credit, the Generals later took the 'L' for the message and vowed to do better. But not before social media had a field day with it.
