This Bruins draft pick has decided to sign overseas.
Boston Bruins draft pick Oskar Jellvik is taking his talents overseas after completing his collegiate career with Boston College.
Rogle BK of the Swedish Hockey League has announced that they have signed Jellvik to a two-year contract.
Jellvik was selected by the Bruins with the 149th overall pick of the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. However, he officially won't be signing with the Bruins organization after landing this multi-year deal overseas with Rogle BK.
Jellvik was limited to only eight games this season with Boston College, where he recorded two goals and one assist. This was after he had four goals and 13 points in 23 games with Boston College during the 2024-25 season.
Jellvik's best season with Boston College was in 2023-24. In 41 games that campaign as a sophomore, the 23-year-old forward recorded 13 goals, 29 assists, and 42 points in 41 games. However, he never replicated that kind of production again with Boston College due to injury trouble during his two final seasons.
