The Boston Bruins have confirmed that they will be changing their primary logos for the 2025-26 season.
They are certainly a familiar look, as they are going back to the logos that they wore during their centennial season in 2023-24. At home, they will be sporting a yellow B with black stripes. For away games, they will wear a black B with yellow stripes.
This logo is also very similar to the look that the Bruins had from 1948 to 1995, but it has been tinkered with a bit. Still, it's a logo that many fans have wanted to see come back, and now it is coming to fruition.
The timing of this rebrand feels right, as the Bruins are retooling and entering a new era in their franchise history. At the 2025 NHL trade deadline, the Bruins notably traded away several former key players like Brad Marchand, Brandon Carlo, Trent Frederic, and Charlie Coyle.
The Bruins also teased in a video starring David Pastrnak that their new jerseys will be revealed on June 25, 2025.
