Bruins superstar David Pastrnak got real about the 4 Nations Face-Off championship game.
The 4 Nations Face-Off championship game is on Feb. 20, and it will be a memorable one. Brad Marchand and Team Canada will look to get their revenge on Team USA after losing to them by a 3-1 final score on Feb. 15.
The first game between Team Canada and Team USA was spectacular. Not only did both teams show off their immense skill, but they also did not shy away from the physical side of the game. There were three fights in the first nine seconds.
With all of this, most hockey fans are looking forward to the rematch. Boston Bruins superstar David Pastrnak, however, made it abundantly clear that he isn't invested in the upcoming matchup.
When asked about the Canada and USA championship game, Pastrnak simply said this: "I couldn't care less who wins."
While Pastrnak has Bruins teammates on each team for the championship, his feelings on the game are understandable. No. 88 has openly expressed disappointment about Czechia not being invited to the 4 Nations Face-Off. He also memorably trolled the NHL after winning the World Championship with Czechia last spring by posting an Instagram picture with the caption: "Maybe Four Nation invite now?"
