The Bruins are making some changes to their lineup against the Oilers.
After a dreadful start to their road trip, the Boston Bruins have bounced back with wins against the Vancouver Canucks and Calgary Flames. Now, they will aim to extend their winning streak to three games against a deeply talented Edmonton Oilers squad.
While things are going well for the Bruins right now, head coach Joe Sacco confirmed to reporters that the Original Six club will make some changes to their lineup against the Oilers.
Sacco shared that newcomer Oliver Wahlstrom will make his debut for the Bruins and play on the third line with Charlie Coyle and Trent Frederic.

With Wahlstrom playing on the third line, Sacco noted that Mark Kastelic will be dropped to the fourth line. In addition, Cole Koepke will scratched against the Oilers.
It will be fascinating to see if these lineup changes benefit the Bruins from here. They certainly have a tough challenge ahead of them, as the Oilers have won eight out of their last 10 contests.
