The Bruins' Game 2 starter has been revealed.

Jake DeBrusk and Charlie Coyle were The Hockey News picks for the mid-season Selke Trophy.

The Boston Bruins are gearing up for an incredibly important Game 2 matchup against the Florida Panthers. A win would give the Bruins a big 2-0 series lead before returning to TD Garden for Game 3.

The Bruins have now revealed their starter for Game 2. Jeremy Swayman will be between the pipes, without much surprise.

It is understandable that the Bruins are going with Swayman for this immensely important Game 2. Swayman has been nothing short of remarkable all season, so using him again is ultimately a no-brainer for the Bruins. Sitting him while he is hot would have been a potential mistake.

Swayman, 25, has appeared in seven postseason games this year with the Bruins, posting a 5-2 record, a 1.42 GAA, and a .955 SV%. These numbers are simply magnificent from Swayman, and it will be very interesting to see if he can keep this kind of play up in Game 2 from here.
