Joonas Korpisalo is expected to be the Bruins' starting goalie against the Red Wings. The 30-year-old netminder was the first goalie off the ice at the club's morning skate.
Korpisalo, 30, won his last start against the New York Islanders, where he saved 24 out of 27 shots. He has also been victorious in four out of his last five appearances, so he will look to stay hot against the Red Wings from here.
In nine appearances this season for the Bruins, Korpisalo has a 5-2-1 record, a .907 save percentage, and a 2.45 goals-against average.
