After a tough 2-0 loss to the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday night at TD Garden, the Boston Bruins are right back on the ice on Wednesday to face off against the New York Islanders. The Bruins will look to secure a win on the road from here.
For this contest against the Islanders, the Bruins are rolling with Joonas Korpisalo as their starting goalie.
Korpisalo, 30, last played on Nov. 21 against the Utah Hockey Club, where he recorded a 22-save shutout. He has also had a .903 save percentage or better in each of his last four starts and notably had a 20-save shutout against the Philadelphia Flyers as well.

Korpisalo will now look to stay red-hot and lead the Bruins to a much-needed win against the Islanders from here.
