Vancouver Canucks forward Jake DeBrusk had a memorable return to TD Garden on Nov. 26. The 2015 first-round pick scored the game-winning goal in his first game against the Boston Bruins since leaving the team this past off-season.

Now, DeBrusk is continuing to stay hot, as he had a dominant performance against the Detroit Red Wings on Dec. 1.
DeBrusk scored a hat trick, including the overtime winner, and added an assist in the Canucks' 5-4 win over the Red Wings. With this, DeBrusk now has 10 goals, 19 points, and a plus-7 rating in 23 games this season.
DeBrusk has been dominating as of late, too, as he has seven goals and nine points over his last five games.

Clearly, DeBrusk has found a fantastic fit with the Canucks, and this excellent performance against the Red Wings is only the latest example of that. It will be intriguing to see how he builds on his hot streak from here.
