The Boston Bruins made a handful of additions to their roster this off-season. Their most notable newcomer, however, is forward JJ Peterka. The 24-year-old winger is expected to be a very important part of the Bruins' roster as they continue their retool. 

If the Bruins want to get the most out of Peterka, they should absolutely consider playing him on their first line next season with David Pastrnak and Pavel Zacha. This trio would have the potential to make some real noise together. 

Peterka could especially thrive on the same line as Pastrnak, though. While Pastrnak is more commonly known for his goal-scoring ability, he has continued to hit a new level with his playmaking.

Over the last three seasons, Pastrnak has recorded at least 63 assists. This included last season, when he posted a career-high 71 assists. With that, it is certainly possible that a sniper like Peterka could thrive playing with an elite passer like Pastrnak. 

Zacha, meanwhile, would be the player on this line who the Bruins would be relying on for his two-way play. However, the 29-year-old forward also showed last season that he can make a big impact offensively, posting 30 goals and 65 poins in 78 games. With that, he could be a very good linemate for Peterka as well. 

It will be interesting to see if the Bruins try out a Peterka, Zacha, and Pastrnak line next season. They would have the potential to be a fun line to watch.
