This former Bruin could be on the move this week.

Jake DeBrusk and Charlie Coyle were The Hockey News picks for the mid-season Selke Trophy.

Former Boston Bruins forward Frank Vatrano is having a fantastic season for the Anaheim Ducks. In 62 games, he has set new career highs in goals (29), assists (20), and points (49). Because of this, he was also named to his first career All-Star Game.

Yet, Vatrano has mainly been creating chatter in the NHL world as a top trade candidate. With the Ducks rebuilding, they are in a position to cash in on Vatrano's heightened trade value due to his strong season. He certainly has generated plenty of suitors because of it, too.

According to The Fourth Period, Vatrano is connected to the New York Rangers, Detroit Red Wings, New York Islanders, Colorado Avalanche, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Carolina Hurricanes.

Vatrano, 29, would be a significant addition to any of these clubs. He is impactful offensively and makes a difference with his physicality. He currently has 121 hits and 64 blocks this season. As a result, he is playing a solid all-around game and would work nicely on a playoff club.

At this time, the Bruins are not being linked to the Massachusetts native, but they could use a player like him again.
