Buffalo Sabres forward Peyton Krebs had a funny response to the dropping the gloves with Rasmus Dahlin.
Tempers flared at the Buffalo Sabres' practice yesterday (Oct. 15), as captain Rasmus Dahlin and Peyton Krebs dropped the gloves. After Dahlin threw a hard hip check on Krebs, the young forward immediately responded by going after the star defender. Thankfully, Sabres teammates stepped immediately after the fight began.
Following practice, head coach Lindy Ruff shared Krebs "bumped" Dahlin before the incident as well, so practice between the two Sabres was intense. In addition, Dahlin shared with reporters that he apologized and that both players had moved on from the fight.
Now, Krebs took to Instagram to show that there is no bad blood between him and Dahlin. Krebs posted a picture of him and Dahlin on his Instagram story with the caption: "Hugging my best friend when we score @rasmusdahlinn"
This was a funny but also good way for Krebs to respond to the incident. It shows that both players have moved on from the fight and hold no grudges against one another.
