Buffalo Sabres prospect Isak Rosen is having an excellent season down in the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Rochester Americans. In 23 games thus far, the 2021 first-round pick has 11 goals and 23 points. This is after he had 20 goals and 50 points in 67 games last season with the Amerks.
Rosen is only continuing to stay hot, as he had a fantastic game against the Belleville Senators on Saturday (Dec. 14). The skilled forward scored two goals and added an assist in Rochester's big 8-2 win.
With this marvelous performance, Rosen extended his ongoing goal streak to three games. Over that span, he has four goals and six points.

If Rosen continues to play this well, it could very well lead to the 21-year-old getting another shot on the Sabres' roster in the near future. It will be fascinating to see if he can do just that from here.
