The Carolina Hurricanes will be without both forward Andrei Svechnikov and defenseman Dmitry Orlov tonight against the Tampa Bay Lightning due to injury.
Svechnikov seemed to suffer an injury late in the third period in Sunday's game against the Winnipeg Jets.
Hurricanes coach Rod Brind'Amour did not have an update on his status, although he was supposed to be getting checked out on Monday.
Orlov will miss a third straight game, although Brind'Amour said that he was "right around the corner."
Tyson Jost and Scott Morrow will draw into the lineups.
