What - Game 10 (5-4-0)
When - 7 p.m., Monday, Oct. 30
Where - Wells Fargo Center; Philadelphia, PA
How to Watch - Bally Sports South

The Carolina Hurricanes will face their first divisional opponent of the season as they take on the Philadelphia Flyers tonight at the Wells Fargo Center.

The Hurricanes have seemingly righted the ship with back-to-back wins at home, but they'll hope to keep that momentum going as they head back on the road.

The Flyers have been surprisingly good to start the season with an extremely young and hungry roster. They've caught quite a few opponents off guard so far, so Carolina will have to be ready for them.

The Hurricanes will have forward Andrei Svechnikov in the lineup for his second game of the season after making his return from knee surgery Friday night against the San Jose Sharks.

Teuvo Teravainen also had a hat trick in that game and both Seth Jarvis and Sebastian Aho recorded multi-point nights.

Streaks

  • Sebastian Aho has an assist in back to back games. (3a)

Milestone Watch

  • Tonight will be Don Waddell's 1,200th game as an NHL General Manager. He has a 539-512-45-103 all-time record as a GM and a 231-111-37 record as the Hurricanes' GM.
  • Martin Necas is one point shy of 200 career NHL points.
  • Stefan Noesen is four points shy of 100 career NHL points.
  • Jaccob Slavin is four assists shy of 200 career NHL assists. He is also one assist shy of becoming the all-time franchise leader in assists by a defenseman.
  • Sebastian Aho passed Rod Brind'Amour last game for fourth-most points in franchise history (474).
  • Andrei Svechnikov made his season debut against San Jose.
