The Carolina Hurricanes selected their third left-handed Russian blueliner of the draft, selecting Roman Shokhrin with the 184th overall pick in the 2024 NHL Draft.
Shokhrin, 18, is a physical force who likes to use his size and involve himself in plays.
He joins Hurricanes organization who just absolutely loves left-handed Russian defensemen.
