The Carolina Hurricanes will be making an adjustment to its skater group, with Evgeny Kuznetsov drawing back into the lineup.

Kuznetsov, who took a bad penalty in Game 1, was a healthy scratch in Game 2 and Hurricanes coach Rod Brind'Amour described the decision as just wanting to change something up.

In his place, Max Comtois drew in, but the entire fourth line played under 10 minutes each despite the game going to double overtime.

So Kuznetsov will be coming back in and hopefully can be a difference maker for the Canes either on the power play or through depth scoring.

The Russian center has two goals and four points this postseason and has provided Carolina good depth. His style of play still has a bit of friction at times with the way the Hurricanes typically play, but he's a good player who can elevate his linemates.

That's what Carolina is hoping for at least.
