The Carolina Hurricanes have recalled three players following the conclusion of the AHL season.

The Canes have recalled goaltender Antti Raanta from the Chicago Wolves, defenseman Dylan Coghlan from the Springfield Thunderbirds and Max Comtois also from the Chicago Wolves.

The three players will be joining Carolina as black aces, meaning they are primarily just depth players to have on hand if need be.

Raanta, who appeared in 24 games with the Canes this season posting a 12-7-2 record and a 0.872 save percentage being reassigned to the AHL, had a 2-2-4 record and 0.873 save percentage in eight AHL games.

Coghlan had 16 goals and 41 points in 61 games with Springfield this season which tied him for first in goals among AHL defensemen. 

Comtois, who had an assist in his lone game with the Hurricanes this season, had posting 19 goals and 44 points in 65 AHL games this season.
