The three players were placed on waivers yesterday and will now report to the Chicago Wolves of the AHL.
The Carolina Hurricanes will be keeping a trio of players within the organization after they were placed on waivers yesterday.
Forwards Ryan Suzuki and Josiah Slavin and defenseman Ty Smith were placed on waivers yesterday along with a large amount of players throughout the league as teams get ready for today's 5 p.m. roster deadline.
The three will now report to the Chicago Wolves of the AHL where they will prepare for the upcoming AHL season.
