Training camps around the NHL are set to begin in just over a month, and Carolina Hurricanes forward Jack Roslovic remains unsigned.

According to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman, there are multiple suitors interested in signing Roslovic, including over five teams reportedly vying for his services.

“He’s the best available player remaining. And, obviously, he hasn’t found anything he 100 percent likes. But there are definitely a few teams poking around there. I’ve heard five or six teams. So, he needs to get to something he feels comfortable with,” Friedman said.

Roslovic is taking his time to evaluate his options before committing to any team.

Friedman adds that the Toronto Maple Leafs are reportedly interested in Roslovic, a team that has a need for more offensive scoring prowess following the loss of Mitch Marner.
