David Jiricek Recalled From Cleveland; Nick Blankenburg Activated From IR And Loaned to Cleveland

The Columbus Blue Jackets have announced that defenseman David Jiricek has been recalled today. Jiricek recorded three assists in a Monsters loss on Saturday night. Jiricek has 1 goal and 9 points for the CBJ this season.

The club has also activated Nick Blankenburg off of IR and assigned him to the Monsters. Blankenburg played in 6 games for the Jackets before landing on IR. He has zero points in 6 games. For Cleveland this season, he's recorded 11 points in 18 games. 

Patrik Laine and Zach Werenski are the only two players left on IR.
