

Olivier was asked right off the bat about what's being said in the locker room about how the season is going. Olivier says "Sadly the negatives outweigh the positives right now for our team. It's crazy that you can play two periods, our first two periods of every game are really good, and then the third we just kind of find a way to, I wouldn't say crumble, but we find a way to back off, and then teams come back on us."
"It was addressed yesterday. We had a nice meeting, talked about the mental side of it. We're 100% convinced that this is all mental. This is all a mindset; this is all how we approach the game. So, we talked about it. We addressed it and now we're moving on. So, we'll be ready for tonight," Olivier said.
Olivier acknowledged that they're making the same mistakes over and over again. He also says that they need to keep being aggressive and keep trying to score. He says that they're "definitely close" when asked about it.
He also talked about the coaching style and the new systems in place for this season.
