While not impossible, it’s unlikely that Dallas and Vancouver will be pushing for the same playoff spots, as it would take a pretty big shift in the Central Division for the Stars to become a wild card team. The Stars are the fourth team Vancouver will face in 2025–26, as the Canucks start a four-game road trip with a match against the Stars on October 16. Later on in the season, Dallas will visit Vancouver on November 20 and March 2.
