    Petrovic Gets The Nod As Stars Are Set To Battle Utah HC

    The Dallas Stars are set to close out the remaining games of their regular season with a Saturday rendezvous against the Utah HC. Dallas comes into the contest currently losers of their last four games. The Stars currently face some unknowns heading into the Saturday matchup, due to a virus making its way through the locker room. Dallas will have some much-needed help from Alexander Petrovic who was called up from the Texas Stars. 

    The Dallas Stars have given up 18 goals during their four game losing streak, and are in desperate need of help defensively. That help comes in the form of blueliner Alexander Petrovic, who will skate on an NHL ice for the fourth time this season. The 33-year-old veteran has tallied 25 points and five goals during his time with the AHL affiliate Texas Stars. Petrovic will likely see time on the second line alongside fresh face Stars defenseman Cody Ceci. 

    Stars and Utah HC are set to collide later today for a 7pm CDT puck drop, and can be viewed on Victory+.
