With a new regime fully taking over this upcoming season, don't expect these players to be back with the Edmonton Oilers.

Bob Dylan certainly knew what he was talking about. One of the most certain things in life is that things can (and will) change. Change is happening this offseason with the Edmonton Oilers.

This is going to happen on and off the ice. CEO Jeff Jackson is going to further put his stamp on this team with a full summer to prepare for another shot at the Stanley Cup.

In light of that, the Oilers need to make decisions on various players. Some of those players are either free agents come Monday, or are players the organization is considering moving out.

Here are three current Oilers who could find themselves playing for a new team.

Jack Campbell

The buyout window opens up later today. The prime candidate for a buyout would be Jack Campbell. To say things have been a disaster since he signed with the team would be an understatement.

Dumping Campbell's salary in a trade is probably the first choice of the Oilers. But if that doesn't materialize quickly, they will certainly pull the chute and execute a buyout on his contract.

Vincent Desharnais

Vincent Desharnais was a pleasant surprise for the Oilers this season. He emerged as a legitimate, solid third pairing defenseman for the Oilers. His work on the penalty kill was incredibly valued by the coaching staff.

Given his age and style of play, other teams could call on him to fill a similar role on their own team. Some of those teams could offer him more money than what the Oilers can. If that's the case, there's a good chance Desharnais finds himself on a new team.

Cody Ceci

Cody Ceci has received much criticism over his tenure with the Oilers. When you keep running back the same defense corps every year, you need to make a change at some point.

Ceci isn't a bad defenseman. But for the Oilers to win the Cup, they are going to need to make an upgrade on the back end. If they do, Ceci seems to be the most likely defense piece to move out.

It's certainly going to be an interesting offseason for the Oilers. And the best part is that you won't have to wait too long to see the Oilers make waves.
