The Boston Bruins put up a fight - but ultimately the Florida Panthers were too much for your them in a seven game series. Now the only teams left are the Panthers, Edmonton Oilers, Vancouver Canucks, New York Rangers and Dallas Stars.
Pat Maroon and the Bruins went down in six games against the Panthers. It was a hard fought series - but in the end the Panthers came out victorious.

That series featured a lot of extracurriculars, questionable calls, and drama galore.
Maroon played a depth role with the Bruins this post season. In 13 games he recorded just two points and five shots along with 31 hits. Maroon was averaging 9:35 a game.
