Leave it to Leon Draisaitl to bring some levity to a high-stakes playoff game.
EDMONTON — There is nothing like a Canadian hockey rivalry.

At least, that's what most will likely say if you ask any fan of the Edmonton Oilers or Vancouver Canucks. It's tough to argue with that, given everything that this all-Canadian playoff series has been.
The Oilers were dominant in Game 4, but a couple of odd goals kept the Canucks in the fight. At the end of the day, defenseman Evan Bouchard scored the game winner, while goalie Calvin Pickard was a rock in net.

But when it comes to chirping the opponent, it turns out Leon Draisaitl is a highly underrated talent. And honestly, it makes perfect sense. If you think about the spunk he has with the media during scrums, you can only imagine the kind of things he says on the ice when a camera isn't two feet in front of his face.
There was a humorous moment between him and Canucks' center Elias Lindholm that should bring some laughs.
Lindholm saying "I'm coming for ya," could have been an ominous threat. Instead, Draisaitl flips it around, expresses some playful hand gestures, and says "Ooooooh," as if he were Shaggy from Scooby Doo running away from a ghost.

No matter what happens during this playoff run, the Oilers need to pay this man whatever he wants on an extension — if only for the entertainment he can bring during a game.
