Brad Holland is no longer with the Edmonton Oilers organization.

The Edmonton Oilers and Assistant General Manager Brad Holland have agreed to mutually part ways. Holland has been with the organization for five years, three as a scout and two as Assistant General Manager.
In a press release, Jeff Jackson said, "We thank Brad for his work during his time with the organization & we wish him well in his future endeavors."
Brad is the son of former Oilers General Manager Ken Holland. Brad joined the Oilers organization in 2019-2020 as a scout. Before that, he was with the Toronto Maple Leafs as team manager.
Back in the summer of 2022 when Brad was promoted to Assistant General Manager, Frank Seravalli had an interesting report. Seravalli reported that Brad had, "received significant interest from other teams this summer."
If that report still holds water, it's easy to reason that Brad will not be out of work for long. Brad is analytically driven, which would be a huge asset to any NHL team looking to have more voices in their organization like Brad.

Once Jackson was named the CEO of the Oilers, it was only a matter of time until Brad was no longer with the organization. The emailed press release explicitly states that mutually parting ways will enable Brad to, "pursue other opportunities."
With Jackson at the helm, it makes sense that he would be adding "his guys" and parting ways with people who aren't.
