EDMONTON -- Game four is a must win game.

If they don't win the next game, the Edmonton Oilers will dig themselves a massive hole. If they lose Game four to the Dallas Stars they will face an elimination game in Dallas on Friday.
The Oilers must do whatever they can to avoid that scenario. Their attention turns to tomorrow night and winning that game.

Kris Knoblauch spoke to the media earlier today and hinted at a few potential changes that could be coming the Oilers way. He started off with mentioning the return of Ryan McLeod, "there's a good chance. We'll evaluate today...if we're putting him back in the lineup we're going to have a tough decision on who to take out."
McLeod brings speed, as well as penalty killing prowess, despite not scoring a lot of points in the playoffs. Knoblauch has stressed how important everyone is to the team, regardless of how they show up on the scoreboard.

Later on in the presser, Knoblauch hinted at a potential shake up on defense. When asked about making a change to the six defenders who have played all 15 playoff games to date - this was Knoblauch's response, "we've got a defenseman there that we are very confident in, that we could insert. We are still considering what's best for us."
The assumption is that the unnamed player Knoblauch references here is Philip Broberg. Broberg played excellent down the stretch for the Bakersfield Condors, and could add a lot to the Oilers lineup.

Is it wise to add Broberg to the lineup at this stage of the playoffs? Perhaps not - but it would also be unwise to allow things to continue as they have without doing something to improve the results that the Oilers have been getting these playoffs.
