All three are ingredients needed for a Stanley Cup winning team. The Stanley Cup is one of the hardest trophies to win in all of sports. The Edmonton Oilers are one of the most decorated franchises, and only have five championships to their name.

Connor McDavid is hoping to lead them to number six this year. They are on the cusp of that achievement. Only four wins stand between them and that goal.

To celebrate their accomplishments so far, the Oilers released a hype video. This isn't a typical hype video. For this special video, the production team recorded clips of the players' families (parents, siblings, spouses, etc) speaking words of encouragement to the players.

It's truly one of the most moving videos I've ever seen.

The production on this video is outstanding. It features soft, inspirational instrumental music alongside voicemails of the players' loved ones. Each one highlights the dreams, ambitions, and sacrifices they all made to get them to the Cup Final.

If you have three minutes and a spare box of kleenex, watch this video.
