Former Oiler is getting married over the weekend and many NHLers and celebrities were there including Connor McDavid and Ryan Reynolds.
What do Connor McDavid, Sam Gagner, Ryan Reynolds, Sidney Crosby and Mitch Marner have in common? They all know Tyson Barrie - the most well connected man in the NHL.

Pictures have been popping up all over social media, displaying a wide variety of NHLer's (and their significant others) in attendance. In the tweet below we see a few current Edmonton Oilers in McDavid & Darnell Nurse with their better halves. Former Oiler Mike Smith also appears to have enjoyed his evening.
There are a few other pictures and videos circulating. One picture shows us a party bus filled with many people including (but not limited to) Smith (again), Crosby and Nathan Mackinnon. Former Oiler Tyler Ennis is seen as well as a new teammate of Barrie's, Luke Schenn.
It is great to see so many people come together to celebrate Barrie and his soon to be wife, Emma Rose. He was a well-liked teammate when he played for the Oilers. Judging by these pictures, he was a popular teammate for the other teams he played for too - the Colorado Avalanche and Toronto Maple Leafs. Congratulations Tyson, and enjoy the rest of the martial festivities!
