On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy hockey managers to stream, roster or utilize in standard leagues and/or DFS games. Players and goalies highlighted for streaming in standard leagues are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues.
Zeev Buium, VAN at MIN (27% rostered) – FanDuel $3,800
It’s the second game of a back-to-back for the Canucks and they’re generally not a great option for streaming, but note they scored eight goals against the Avs last night with Buium contributing an assist. He’ll face his former team for the first time since the trade and will quarterback PP2 with Tom Willander.
Jordan Spence, OTT vs. BUF (5% rostered) – FanDuel $4,100
Still no word on when Jake Sanderson will return to the lineup, which means Spence should be good for at least one more game. Despite a horrendous overall team effort, Spence extended his points streak to three games and scored a goal for the second straight game against the Panthers. He’s playing a lot of minutes and getting shots on goal, which is a great combo for fantasy upside at a position where points can be tough to find on the waiver wire.
